Newly rennovated, Garden Cafe definitely stands out among the many Hong Kong - American fusion cafes on Valley Blvd. The extensive lunch menu varies from pan fried noodles to chicken steaks, spaghetti to fruit and shrimp salad. Price is a definite upside, although they have raised them since last remodeling. For lunch, drink is just an extra dollar, and choices range from red bean ice to boba thai iced tea.
