They are usuially friendly and any problems one might encounter are usually solved promptly. Although I had had problems with the bank, I now have a personal contact who helps me correct them. Out of all the banks I have used, I like this one the best. I think most people in Shelby and the surrounding community use this bank.
Since this is a hometown bank, I think they are more adt to please than others.
