Go in and talk with them. They will answer any questions you may have. This is the best bank in Shelby and it's the most popular. They are usuially friendly and any problems one might encounter are usually solved promptly. Although I had had problems with the bank, I now have a personal contact who helps me correct them. Out of all the banks I have used, I like this one the best. I think most people in Shelby and the surrounding community use this bank. Since this is a hometown bank, I think they are more adt to please than others. more
