The techs who have come to my house have always been friendly, polite, and professional. They thoroughly explain the work to me, and gave an estimate before any work was done. They take checks and credit card and provde an invoice at the time of service. Prices seem somewhat high, but I believe most plumbers have high costs. They are fully licensed, and I feel I'm getting quality work.
