Maintained by too lazy staff with all amenities. When you enter they will tell you the divine things such that you may be tempted to step in. They will increase the bills monthly. They don't care about your complaints. Once you join the aparts they don't care you. Regarding security they will charge you too much but always one gate will be open some where to enter freely. I suggest better not to join these apartments just by listening staff words. There will be too many hidden charges and no maintence. This is one of the worst apartments that I ever stayed.
