not good 12/15/2005

Maintained by too lazy staff with all amenities. When you enter they will tell you the divine things such that you may be tempted to step in. They will increase the bills monthly. They don't care about your complaints. Once you join the aparts they don't care you. Regarding security they will charge you too much but always one gate will be open some where to enter freely. I suggest better not to join these apartments just by listening staff words. There will be too many hidden charges and no maintence. This is one of the worst apartments that I ever stayed. more

Not so bad, but not so good 9/23/2005

The owners are doing an immense amount of renovating, so be warned. There's construction crews out with heavy equipment every day, so sleeping in or napping is out. Also all the amenities besides the pool and hot tub are closed for six months. It's in a pretty crappy area too. But the staff is nice, and the courtyards are well kept. You may want to wait to live here until all the construction is done though, because by then it should be a really great place. more
