I've been going here since I was in high school. The buffet here is pretty decent for the limited choices in the area. The service is pretty fast faced and you can always find something you like. The choices though have been going a little downhill in the last few years and I don't giggle when I'm in there anymore, but it's still hot food and China Cafe has become a staple of mine.
Besides lo mein, they have rice noodles out with the fried rice. The hot and sour soup is not as good as other parts of the country and has become a bit Texan-ized. I still go there and it's very clean. The 'moving' paintings on the wall give a really nice atmosphere to the place instead of feeling cheaper like the word BUFFET brings to other eateries.
