He tells you on the first visit not to bring your check book. He gets to know you and what you want out of life.
He has rearranged our investments and it hasn't cost us a penny.

This gentleman transfered money from my account by mistake. I only found out because it was more than the amount I had in that fund, so it didn't go through. A person from his office contacted me. I asked for Mr. Velten to call me. I left several messages but he never did.
I transfered all my husband's and my money to our previous broker.
