I went there for the first time this morning expecting the same old thing I get when I go to an auto repair place. Usually, I get a grease monkey speaking to me in a condensending manner because I'm female and not from around here. Not at Mad Hatter! Josh and David were the nicest people I think I ever met. They got my car back into the shop quickly, found my problem and gave me an estimate for the repair with in 30 minutes. David then gave me a ride back to work while they fixed my car. Josh called me about 3 hours later and David came and picked me up. NOW THAT WAS SERVICE!!! You don't get service like that anymore. If service and quality are important to you, then II recommend Mad Hatter on 23rd St. Good Job Guys! I will be back!!
