The Evergreen Chinese restaurant is one of our favorite restaurants. As a matter of fact, I have a lunch date there tomorrow with my sister and my friend. They have so many choices on their buffet. Some of my favorites are the crab rangoons, general tso's chicken, honey chicken, wonton soup, white and fried rice, happy family, chineese donuts for dessert, and also, they have a fresh salad bar and sushi bar everyday, included in the cost of lunch. On special ocassions such as holidays and my birthday, my son will buy me lunch there or give me gift certificates from there, because he knows it's one of my favorites.
