This is in Alton, right along the Great River Road, so it does have spectacular views nearby.
However, the accomodations here are just so-so. It's not the best place to stay in the area but it isn't the worst either. Rooms are decorated in the Victorian style and they are very nice. They do accept pets and older children, so that could be a positive or a negative for you.
Food was good and abundant, and the prices are very reasonable for a Bed and Breakfast. So if you can't find anywhere to stay in the area, try this place out.
