Terrible customer service 9/8/2005

Being in California, there are not a whole lot of local gun shops since the laws are so restrictive. Since I prefer to give my business to locally owned places, I went to this shop looking for something for my husband. I was very disappointed in the way that I was treated. I would have expected to have been treated very well since they probably need business, but I was not. The person did not want to take much time to answer my questions and I practically had to pry him off the phone to get any service. When I did purchase something (something I needed), he was too busy talking to someone about a hunting trip on the phone, that he wouldn't hang up so that the credit card machine could use the telephone line for authorization. I have heard other people have a wonderful experience at this store, but you must have to be a regular customer or something in order to get good service. more
