We have them came to our house to solve some issues with spiders in early September 2010. After the job was done, we still see some spiders. Since we have their service done through Homeowners Club of Seattle, we called the Club shortly after, about this problem so Eagle can address this. Eagle never contacted us so I called Homeowners Club a few more times, this lingers until late October and finally we heard back from Eagle. You know what, they said follow up visit is only valid within 30 days of 1st visit. They should have responded earlier, as soon as I called them in early September. But they didn't, so we're left holding the bag for their fault and here we are expected to pay them again!!! We feel being forced to go with their monthly maintenance plan which we don't want to use. They kept telling us to sign up for this maintenance plan.
They definitely can use better customer service. Use someone else.
