Eagle Pest Eliminators

Sadly we employed Eagle Pest Eliminators for rat control, and while they were always very nice, the rats got steadily worse over the year that we paid them to eliminate the rats. They were completely ineffective and in fact made the problem worse by baiting traps and encouraging the rodents to enter the house. Every other week another rat in the trap. Six months after we discontinued our contract, Clean Crawls found the entry points that Eagle never could. more

Our apartment community has used Eagle for the past 5 years. They are always our go to people when we have any sort of questions or concern regarding pests. They provide fast and efficient service and Nick is always exceedingly friendly and helpful. He takes the time to educate not only our staff but our residents as well regarding the issue at hand. We choose them for our business use, I would use them for personal use and we would definitely recommend them to anyone!!! more

my apartment landlord contacted Eagle Pest Eliminators after I started getting bedbug bites; an adult female bedbug lays eggs exceptionally quickly and so a few bedbugs can become an infestation within a matter of weeks or even days. Because the exterminators couldn't come until a week after the order was placed, I took preventative measures on my own. Another week later (it's now been over two weeks, who knows how many bedbugs there are now that I haven't been able to vacuum up or kill!) and they have claimed the appointment due today was for tomorrow instead. I can understand how scheduling mistakes can occur, but I can't understand their laconic, don't-really-seem-to-care attitude, knowing how bad bedbugs can get! What could have been a few could already be many bugs now. I'm disappointed so far with their promptness and attention to detail. (They came by for a german cockroach infestation about three months ago, and we're still seeing them around in places I think they missed) (This is keeping in mind that my roommates and I are fairly neat, clean people) more

We have them came to our house to solve some issues with spiders in early September 2010. After the job was done, we still see some spiders. Since we have their service done through Homeowners Club of Seattle, we called the Club shortly after, about this problem so Eagle can address this. Eagle never contacted us so I called Homeowners Club a few more times, this lingers until late October and finally we heard back from Eagle. You know what, they said follow up visit is only valid within 30 days of 1st visit. They should have responded earlier, as soon as I called them in early September. But they didn't, so we're left holding the bag for their fault and here we are expected to pay them again!!! We feel being forced to go with their monthly maintenance plan which we don't want to use. They kept telling us to sign up for this maintenance plan. They definitely can use better customer service. Use someone else. more

We read the great comments online - and decided to have Eagle Pest control deal with our bug issues. I had done some research and had met with other pest companies - so I was familiar with how much others were charging for the same service. Their quote came in more than 2x as high! But, they say they will meet competitor’s prices - so they met the competitor’s price and we decided to have them come in and spray. The day they were to begin, the pest control company started telling us about various fees that will be added onto our program that because they had met competitors prices they would have to charge us for the follow ups that come after the initial service (which competitors do not do) and charge us for any time they come to our home (which if it is within your quarterly plan, competitors do not charge). They will also not check for any future pests within your quarterly plan (e.g., checking as a preventative measure to make sure mice do not appear in your crawl space)...to do any sort of crawl space checks is an additional hefty fee. Beware, do your research - and stay away from this company - they don't care about future business but the $ made today. And will try to get your business initially only to hit you with a bunch of other fees as you ask for more details about the plan. more

Noises in the attic...We had gotten another pest service to come out and give us a quote and were frankly horrified by what we heard: Many rats and we would need at least a years service agreement plus rat proofing of the house to take care of the problem, which was all quoted at $$$$$$$$. We called Eagle after reading the above reviews and Mitch arrived on time, spent almost an hour going over the entire house (roof, crawl space, garden) and gave us some helpful hints, how to's and left. No charge and no giant rat problem (some old evidence but nothing like we were originally told). Amazing service, honesty, and free advice. All qualities that are hard to find these days. I will be referring them to anyone with a critter problem. more

After the horror of having a rat run through my house (thankfully we chased it out!), we knew we needed to figure out if we had a bigger problem. Steve from Eagle Pest Eliminators came out and did a very thorough inspection of our home that turned up no signs of a true infestation... but gave a list of very helpful tips for making sure we didn't get one. I was almost embarrassed that his visit was free! We're making the changes suggested but if we ever have any problems we know who to call! more

We thought we had rodents, so I turned to Judy's book for a referral and got Eagle recommended. Within 5 hours I had a service provider from Eagle, Tom, out at my house trying to find the source of our scratchy noise in our attic. He searched around the house, crawled in the crawl space, and even went up on the roof! He determined that we had a squirrel that was hiding out near our dormer. He spent at least 30 mins searching around and for NO CHARGE. He told me to call again if we really thought the noises were more than squirrels...now that is customer service!!! Call them. more

I had a great experience with Todd Oliviera at Eagle Pest Control. I too had the critters in my attic and he took care of them quickly and cleanly. He explained what he was doing and why. In addition, you can go on a month to month plan with Eagle where they do rodent repellent things to keep you critter free. Eagle was referred to me by someone and I am happy to refer you to them. I think you will be pleased with their level of competence and service. more
