We bought a used car from Elgin Hyundai and it ended up having a lot of issues. Every trip back to the service department created another problem. After having a sensor replaced the car was returned missing the engine cover. Went back to have the same sensor replaced, because the issue was not fixed the first time, and I picked the car up with my new Garmin GPS unit missing. This dealer sells poor quality used cars. They never go through the claimed “100 point inspection process”. Every time we had to deal with the GM, JC Prats, he was disrespectful and arrogant. We asked to speak with the dealer group owner, Bob Loquercio (who was sitting at a near by desk doing nothing / telling jokes), and was told he was in a “meeting”. You will be sorry if you deal with these people.
