When this place first opened, We went there to have dinner. The stench of a backed up sewer was very strong. The mashed potatoes were dry and crusty on the edges. It was a cold and very boring place to eat. We will never return.
The old one was a little better but dirty. They reuse the jelly packs if you don't open them. Even if there is food stuck on them.
Very unsanitary.
The only IHOP we visit is the one in Moreno Valley. They are a little cleaner.
