Best

I've been to many IHOPS and this one is pretty darn good. Service and seating is always very good and prompt. Food is good as well.

Worst

I have gone to this IHOP for the last time... I gave the front Hostess my name for a table of two...right behind me...was an older white gentleman. He also said table for two....

Service 6/24/2013

I have gone to this IHOP for the last time... I gave the front Hostess my name for a table of two...right behind me...was an older white gentleman. He also said table for two...we both waited in the lobby together. No sooner than 5 min went by and the waitress waived for the older white gentlman and his comapion to be seated, while I contiuned to wait. My opionon: Im black - and Im not welcomed in this particular IHOP extablishment. Therefore, refuse to go back and spend my money and trust the my food will be served with good intentions. I informed the manager - who stated she was sorry, and they were about to call me to be seated. By then it too late...why did you call the old white man before me. more

ihop bad 12/6/2012

Took my family here and they were understaffed, we had small hungry children had to wait an hour for our food and when they finally brought it out it was crap. We asked the waitress if the kids eat free when we ordered a certain adult entree and she said they did then when we paid they said that entree did not count for a free kids meal. They did give it free when we told them what the waitress said but I won't go there anymore since the managers are trying to save a few bucks by understaffing the place more

IHOP Stinks 10/15/2010

When this place first opened, We went there to have dinner. The stench of a backed up sewer was very strong. The mashed potatoes were dry and crusty on the edges. It was a cold and very boring place to eat. We will never return. The old one was a little better but dirty. They reuse the jelly packs if you don't open them. Even if there is food stuck on them. Very unsanitary. The only IHOP we visit is the one in Moreno Valley. They are a little cleaner. more

IHOP 10/15/2010

Good: I wrote this review once before. But haven't seen it on this board. Perhaps I sent it incorrectly. The food was ok but nothing to write home about.. Bad: The coffee container at each table has coffee in it from the previous customer. This is a very unsafe and unsanitary practice. It's also cheating the customer.. Improvements: Remove and clean the coffee containers after each customer. more

Reused Coffee 10/14/2010

Good: The food was ok. But IHOP is not meeting the Safety Regulations in food handling.. Bad: Every IHOP has the coffee pots sittiting on the tables. However they are not empty. They have the previous customer's left over coffee in them. I enjoyed eating breakfast at IHOP but when I found out their little secret, I no longer eat breakfast there. The last time I went to a IHOP for breakfast. I explained to the waitress that I didn't want someone else's left over coffee. She assured me that there was no coffee in the pitcher. I turned the pitcher over and out poured coffee onto the table.. Improvements: Stop resealing coffee that the previous customer had bought. It is unsafe and unethical. Also, have more control over the syrup. it is unsafe to leave it on the tables.. more
