This was the most pleasant move I have ever experienced, and I have moved about a dozen times. The woman who did my quote on the phone, Lisa, was extremely pleasant and friendly. She was willing to work with me on a number of things (e.g., I requested to be charged in 15 min increments instead of 30 minute increments). She sent me a quote via email within 5 minutes and was available on the phone for me to ask several follow up questions all afternoon.
The movers showed up at my place in, Matt and I forget the other person's name. They were lightening fast! They took down all the boxes in 20 minutes. They carefully wrapped every single item in blankets. Nothing had a single dent or scratch. They never stopped to talk or eat. One time when they were walking out and one of the guys answered a phone call for 2 minutes and then when he noticed that I saw that, he apologized profusely. I don't care about a 2 minute conversation! These guys were so professional and so friendly that the next time I move, I'll just call Second ward Movers directly and not bother with any other quotes.
