I guess you have to spend $100,000 to be treated well at Hyde Park. I cannot believe the way we have been treated by these people. We purchases an engagement mounting (that wasn't exactly cheap) and had a diamond that we purchased elsewhere mounted into the mounting. The ring came back with the diamond crooked and they actually charged us for the appraisal. The appraiser left out 34 diamonds in the appraisal and acted like it was an inconvenience to re-do the appraisal. The women at the service counter were unhelpful and frankly, just plain rude. Go somewhere else to buy your jewelry. They don't care about their customers. more
