Volente Beach water park is a blast, especially on a hot day. There’s 3 water slides, a pirate pool and splash ground (for the younger crowd) and a swimming pool. There’s 3 and 1/2 acres of sandy beach to lay out on, a volleyball court and The Sundowner Grill Restaurant (with burgers, Chicken fried steak, Mexican food, etc). If you go after 4 pm you get in for half price (tickets around the $18 price range) which is nice because the crowds leave around that time, so more time to ride and swim! Tons of fun for the entire family!
