They do carry great tiles. However, when I asked to return several unopened boxes of tiles 2 weeks ago, the lady in charge told me they could take it back with no charge and pay me back with cash. I was too busy to go to the store until now, when I called the lady said they could only take them back with store credit and also a $50 charge for the handling and shipping. And also blamed me for not returning 2 weeks ago, she also provided me with no reason why the policy has changed and I can't get full refund, she only said it's been 2 weeks. Hello! I wasn't told that I had to return 2 weeks ago in order to get full refund when I last called, she just told me to call again before I go back and she will process the order for me. and the lady herself admitted that the order can be returned within 30 days of purchase. It's only has been 21 days since I purchased. I'm not going to do business with someone who do not keep their promises to their customers. This is not about money, it's about the credit of a reputable store. I ended up keeping all the tiles myself. Hopefully, I can find a better use of the left-overs. more
