We had a poster that we wanted framed. We went in and paid [the HIGH price] to have it done here. We were helped OK, but it took FOREVER for them to actually complete the order [I mean SEVERAL weeks]. And each time we would call or go in to inquire about the order, we were given poor service and made to feel that we were intruding on them.
