We had a poster that we wanted framed. We went in and paid [the HIGH price] to have it done here. We were helped OK, but it took FOREVER for them to actually complete the order [I mean SEVERAL weeks]. And each time we would call or go in to inquire about the order, we were given poor service and made to feel that we were intruding on them.
Be careful before considering this Frames Unlimited for your next framing opportunity.
Check out Hobby Lobby ~ we've had EXCELLENT service from them ~ and they've got MUCH BETTER prices & sometimes coupons in the paper.
