I don't know what makes this steak the best in Philly; maybe it's the great roll, the tender meat cooked to perfection, or the good quality cheese that it's topped with. Maybe it's a combination of everything put together. Gino's and Pat's Steaks pale in comparison to Dalessandro's. Definately worth the trip to Roxborough!
