I must say I am a very happy customer. Tokyo Auto was really helpful in that they provided me with all the information and knowledge I needed to fix my vehicle. Being a young woman it can be very intimidating going into an auto shop for service. In some other places I've gone to I've felt taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge for cars. I've called almost every auto place out here and every single place tried to up sell me things that I did not need. When I came into Tokyo Auto the staff was really friendly and I felt like I could talk to them. They were there to help me, not to try and sell me additional things. The man who helped me, Mark, was very kind, good looking, and professional. He knew exactly what I needed and he beat the price that I was quoted everywhere else. Even though the wait wasn't long I didn't mind waiting because they had movies I watched on a flat screen and all the coffee I could ask for. Thank you Tokyo Auto!!!
