My experience the lodge was traumatizing. The lodge lost my dog in approx. 24 hours after dropping her off. They did not contact me nor my emergency contact. I discovered she was missing when I arrived to pick her up 72 hrs after her disappearance.
I found my dog 11 days later, 3 miles from the lodge, starving and traumatized. She lost 30 lbs and was just skin and bones. I feel fortunate to have gotten her back, don't let something like this or worse happen to your pet!
