Nobu serves fusion Japanese-Peruvian food. I would describe it as a taste explosion in your mouth. The food is exquisite and unique its preparation. I would go back every night if I could, as the menu has probably over 100 items on it.
The mixed drinks are also a must have.
You will definitely pay heartily for the delectable food, but if you have the money....it is definitely worth the trip. You won't regret it!
