The Hot Place to Be 10/27/2006

Nobu is a great restaurant. It is also definitely the place to be. The food is excellent and the wait staff very attentive. Better to get there early to avoid the crowd, unless you love the crowd in which case it is better to get there late. Our wait has never been long, though we make reservations. more

The best restaurant in Miami 8/19/2005

Nobu serves fusion Japanese-Peruvian food. I would describe it as a taste explosion in your mouth. The food is exquisite and unique its preparation. I would go back every night if I could, as the menu has probably over 100 items on it. The mixed drinks are also a must have. You will definitely pay heartily for the delectable food, but if you have the money....it is definitely worth the trip. You won't regret it! more
