I'm sorry to say that I purchased a vehicle at this dealership a few years ago... and since then, I have had nothing but bad experiences with their service department. My vehicle was in for service more than 90 days during the warranty period, and some of the problems that I had still still have not been remedied.
To be fair, this dealer falls in line with most of the other Ford dealers in the Metro Detroit area--which only means that I will not be buying another Ford until I can find a reputable dealer that values me as a customer.
What bothers me the most about my dealings with Dean Sellers Ford is their service department. I always made appointments for service, dropped the vehicle off the night before (early bird drop-off), and yet somehow there were always other vehicles that took precedence over mine. I never had my vehicle back when they promised.
