The sales department definately needs improvement !! In this economy I didn't feel like the salesman at Dean Sellers Ford cared if he made a happy customer or not.They also ask for money ahead of time (before the deal is complete) and no other Ford dealer does that.( I have dealt with many of them) The discussed fee for your purchase does sometimes change after the fact ( be very careful espiecially if you are working within a budget as many people are these days!!) They act as if everyone is financially set as many of them must be, Dean Sellers must pay well. Are you hiring??? more

I have been buying cars from this dealership for 22 years and I have only positive things to say. They are attentive and truly look out for the customer's best interest. The service department is helpful and responsible. This is the ONLY Ford dealership I would do business with. more

I'm sorry to say that I purchased a vehicle at this dealership a few years ago... and since then, I have had nothing but bad experiences with their service department. My vehicle was in for service more than 90 days during the warranty period, and some of the problems that I had still still have not been remedied. To be fair, this dealer falls in line with most of the other Ford dealers in the Metro Detroit area--which only means that I will not be buying another Ford until I can find a reputable dealer that values me as a customer. What bothers me the most about my dealings with Dean Sellers Ford is their service department. I always made appointments for service, dropped the vehicle off the night before (early bird drop-off), and yet somehow there were always other vehicles that took precedence over mine. I never had my vehicle back when they promised. more
