I am not one for fried food but Bob's Clam Hut has the absolute best fried shrimp and scallops. They use a corn meal batter and you can not honestly say that these shrimp taste fried. I can not believe I drove by this treasure for so many years without trying their yummy shrimp and scallops. Parking is not too bad and the wait is tolerable since your food is made to order. Once you know you love it, pick up a frequent eater card at the service window, pretty soon you will get a free dinner.
