Their food is what I would call gourmet fried food. They have the best calamari with a nice crunchy crispy batter. They have a pick up window if you would rather have take out that wait to have a sit down meal. They also contain a Ben & Jerry's scoop shop just outside their restaurant near the take out windows. A yummy dessert to finish up on your walk back to the outlet parking lots. more

Best clam hut I've ever been to 12/7/2005

We live a few hours south of Bob's Clam Hut, but the whole family looks forward to excursions north when we can stop for a bite at Bob's Clam Hut. The food is really fresh, the atmosphere is friendly, and the experience as a whole is delightful. Try it if you're in the area -- I promise you'll return for a second visit! more

Clams, shrimp and scallops 8/19/2005

I am not one for fried food but Bob's Clam Hut has the absolute best fried shrimp and scallops. They use a corn meal batter and you can not honestly say that these shrimp taste fried. I can not believe I drove by this treasure for so many years without trying their yummy shrimp and scallops. Parking is not too bad and the wait is tolerable since your food is made to order. Once you know you love it, pick up a frequent eater card at the service window, pretty soon you will get a free dinner. more
