Good: nothing. Bad: Entire experience was poor - I booked an appt with a 3 hour window, then when no one came, they suddenly told me I had booked a standby appt. At no point did they tell me this when booking the appt, but they said I should have known based on the appearance fee because I had once looked at their website. When I told them this was unfair, they said they didn't want to work with me and would not book a new appt. I was polite throughout; they were rude.. Improvements: -Take responsibility for your mistakes and try to find ways to make them better. -Don't make guarantees that can't be maintained (I was guaranteed a 3 hr window when I booked the appt, then no one showed) -Don't be rude to customers. I was not rude to you.. more
