Limited amount of drama, but we do see it now and then. The rent is the lowest in town, and it's not a shady location. There's a lot of openings right now too. Not all the rules are always enforced, but it's pretty safe and peaceful here. The best part of all is the maintence folks. They're pretty efficient, and they usually show up very shortly after you call in your problem. The management lady is really nice, and pretty attentive. She takes care of any problems pretty quickly.
