Courtyard Apartments

Good: I liked the fact that my son and his family were in a larger and better looking apartment compared to the one that they were in before.. Bad: I do not like the fact that keys to my son's apartment were given to 2 "undercover" officers and without asking for any ID or credentials she handed them over scaring the hell out of my daughter-in-law and their 1yr old grandson!! They claimed to be looking for anybody that might be associated with a person that used to live there. They threatened her and they flipped the house. If you are looking for a "BODY" why did they go through cupboards and drawers????!!! A feel a lawsuit pending!!!!!. Improvements: Better Management, better security and better rules set in place for the new management, by the time I get a hold of them. Other: We will be taking this to court believe you me!! This is a violation of their privacy and codes of ethic on the part of the Manager who decided not to ask any questions, but rather give up keys to a total stranger to sneak in an apartment with a woman and child there alone. I am outraged the more I think about it.. more

Limited amount of drama, but we do see it now and then. The rent is the lowest in town, and it's not a shady location. There's a lot of openings right now too. Not all the rules are always enforced, but it's pretty safe and peaceful here. The best part of all is the maintence folks. They're pretty efficient, and they usually show up very shortly after you call in your problem. The management lady is really nice, and pretty attentive. She takes care of any problems pretty quickly. more
