Hard drive went bad. The IT guy at my company could not restore the data and I had another store try it too and he could not get anything out of it.
The guy who picked the computer from me was almost certain he can recover data like he knew something I did not know. They installed a new hard drive and guess what they restored all my files from the bad hard drive. Amazing? I paid an extra $99 bucks for the data recovery but I was happy to get it after I was told twice that I will not be able to.
