Computers Labs USA is the Best 10/11/2011

computer repair Service in the city. My desktop had a virus that was shutting down my whole computer. I hadn't done a back-up in months and I was about to lose everything including my 500 photos but the Technician from Computers Labs helped me recover my data .Their service is top notch and their prices are reasonable. I would recommend Computers Labs USA to everyone. more

Great computer service 2/28/2011

We were under a lot of pressure to get our server back online after it went down suddenly. It happened during our busiest period of the year. We do tax preparations and without this server, everything stops. The tech from Morotech came on a short notice and helped rebuild the server and bring all the data from backup. He was in our office for hours but he was able to bring every things back up. I am very grateful to Sam for all the help he provided us. more

Recovered my data for a lot less 2/16/2011

My external backup hard drive stopped working and I had so muh stuff in it. Because my hard drive so filling up I moved a lot of important documents to my external drive but when the external drive quit on me I was scared. I looked up data recovery online and I found Morotech and called them for help. The tech I talked to assured me there is a big chance they will recover my data and they did. They only charged me 299.00 and I was happy to pay it. I highly recommend them for data recovery. more

Reliable computer repair indeed 2/16/2011

I spilled water over my 5 month old laptop and I could not turn it on. I tried every trick I knew of and my friends told me and nothing would work. I took it to Morotech and they fixed in 2 days. It ran just like it did before the issue happened. Not sure how they did it but I am impressed. more

My wife is happy with the results. If she is happy I am happy. I read a few good reviews which encouraged me to call ad I am glad I did. Here is one more good review for a job well done. Both the Mac and the Sony can now see each other and we can print from any computer to the networked printer.Thank you very much for the great service. more

Great service 11/20/2010

Another shop messed up my laptop and would not back them service so I was looking for another shop to fix it for me. I found Morotech. The fixed the motherboard and my computer is now working fine. The tech said if I brought the laptop to them the first time the cost would have been half since it would have been only a dc jack problem as opposed to a motherboard issue. I highly recommend them for any hardware related issues with latpops. These guys know what they are donig. more

A real miracle 11/19/2010

I love the Morotech people! They were the only company to get all my data back after the hard drive on my work computer stopped working after a fall. The problem was mechanical and it is a miracle they got the data back. If I lost all that data, months of my hard work would have been gone and I would have been fired no doubt. They literally saved my job. I paid a little over $1000 but it was well worth it! Just think of the alternatives? I am extremely indebted to them for helping me out. I have learned my lesson and everything I do now is backed up every single day. more

100% satisfied customer 9/11/2010

HP Motherboard issue was fixed but 2 days after the 60 day warranty expired it failed again. They still took took it no questions asked. They explained to me that this is manufacturer defect and that every now and then one of them will come back. I am happy that they did not make me pay again for the repair. more

Great job I got More than I expected 7/27/2010

Hard drive went bad. The IT guy at my company could not restore the data and I had another store try it too and he could not get anything out of it. The guy who picked the computer from me was almost certain he can recover data like he knew something I did not know. They installed a new hard drive and guess what they restored all my files from the bad hard drive. Amazing? I paid an extra $99 bucks for the data recovery but I was happy to get it after I was told twice that I will not be able to. more

Satisfied 2 2/20/2010

My son used my computer and downloaded some games and with that came a virus that messed up my computer. The tech from Morotech came in a couple of hours and picked it up. It looks like the job was done right as we have not had any issues after we got it. I just called them for another desktop that my son will be using from now on so he does not have to mess up my computer again and they came in no time and picked it up. more
