Dr. Whittle is by far the friendliest, most approachable dentist I have ever encountered. She genuinely cares, not just about your teeth, but about you. I had to have a crown--a scary process for me because I'd never had one before. Dr. Whittle made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way, as well as that I was comfortable and as relaxed as possible. The other staff members at this practice are also excellent--Dr. Sackmann did my last filling, and suggested I might not need anesthetic--this totally freaked me out, but on his recommendation, I gave it a try (it was a very shallow filling) and he was absolute right! No nasty ground tooth smell from the drill, either. Plus, both doctors will apply a topical anesthetic before giving you a Novocaine shot--maybe this isn't a recent development, but it pleased me to no end to not even think about a needle!
Their office is a lovely, remodeled home in Old Redmond, and it feels very comforting and friendly.
