Good: Nothing. I regret ever sending my Dog to this Kennel. Bad: My dog was returned to me smelling of faeces, and her coat was urine stained. We had to give her a damned good bath when we got her home.
My dog was spotlessly clean when I left her as did the Kennel. I do not expect to recieve her back in such a disgusting condition especially when I have to passengers in my car!. Improvements: She either needs to look after her doggy boarders properly or not at all!
The concrete floor of the Kennel was soaked in urine and what I presume to be faecal matter judging by the condition of her coat. Other: Had to shampoo my dog twice immediately on returning home. She seemed to be very hurngry and clingy. Giving her one star rating was being extremely generous!.
