Good: Price was ok, but too much for the service they don't provide. Initial meeting was good.. Bad: They were supposed to put in a vent too. Their boss came to check on things and the installers said "oh, boss, you can finish this then" and left! The unit was installed & they didn't have the material for the vent and would call to schedule a new time to install. Called them back 3 days later after hearing nothing, left message. We called every couple days for a MONTH, leaving messages asking for at least a call back. Finally got a hold of them, had to take off work, and they were hours late!. Improvements: Better time management, communication, and customer service! Customer service is more than having someone there to answer your phones!. Other: Be warned- get better service for what you pay for!. more
