Open 24/7 with rotating smoking sections, Bills is a late night drinker's paradise. its not pretty, its not heathly, and its not expensive, which is why this resturant is just as about st louis as you can get. they dont have places like bills everywhere -- its a stl landmark. so have a 12 pack and mozy to bills.
