Working with Richard and Matt (my Service Tech) was a great experience. They have done work for me in the past and helped me out with a difficult situation involving some faulty work done by another company on my car. Because of their hard work and dedication I was able to get reimbursed for almost the entire amount of the work they had to do originally to "un-fix" the work that was done by someone else.
