Larry is a great person to work with! 7/28/2011

Had the car serviced on a Friday; but couldn't pick it up until the next day (Sat.) because of time needed to do the servicing. While Larry was off on Saturday, he made sure we went over the cost of repairs on late Friday, and had the car washed and ready to go on Saturday morning when I arrived. I appreciated being furnished a rental car on Friday so I didn't have to spend the entire day sitting in the customer lounge, as nice as it is! Larry is a great person to work with! more

they are closer than phoenix, they are just as efficient and they work to keep your overall cost down it is therefore cheaper than to buy a new vw more

Chapman VW continues to do outstanding work and Sammie has been a delight to work with. She is very personable and knowledgeable on the VW product. I called in yesterday to find out how to reset the TPMS light on my Jetta, since the information in the users guide was not complete. She had the answer of how to reset it in a thrice. I was impressed. more

I had several issues that needed to be resolved in regard to my 2006 Passat from another dealership in Iowa. Larry gave me his full attention and helped not only resolve the issues but helped me understand the problem with the car. He took care of the air conditioning issues, recall notices, and helped detect why the engine light was going on. The service work was completed on time and on budget. I was sour on VW prior to my experience . Now I am back as a future purchaser of a new Volkswagen in about 6 months and will continue to get my car serviced at Chapman Volkswaagen. Incidently, I live in Sierra Vista Arizona which is about 60 miles from the Chapman dealership. more

It was a great experience. I got all my questions answered, I was called back quickly, and once I can in the dealership to finalize and drive my car homw there were no problems with that process. Plus they had the best price out of all the dealerships I called and offered the best deal. more

This time I'm working with Len Luskin and he is AMAZING! Returns emails and calls within minutes, great product knowledge - even owns a VW himself (which means he believes is what he is selling!), and he is all about taking care of the customer. He has gotten me a fantastic deal and exactly the car I want. Go see LEN!! more

Sammie is an amazing employee. She is very friendly, extremely helpful and overall an asset to your company. I have never had a bad experience with her and will continue to come back because of her alone. I have avoided service at dealerships in the past because of the service they give but will continue to bring my vehicle there as well as consider this dealership when I decide to trade in. I called about an issue and she got in for an appointment when it was convenient for me and the work that was done was perfect. more

Scott was very professional 4/18/2011

Scott was very professional and recalled that I had recently purchased tires from VW. therefor decreased the bull by eliminating the tire rotation. Also, the service appointment found that my battery was beginning to fail and replace it under warranty. What a pleasant surpise! Because of the construction at the site, and coupon was given for a car wash nearby. And they also did a superb job! Thanks to all of you... more

Overall experience was excellent. The car was serviced promptly and in a shorter period of time than expected. The service advisor was very porfessional and accomodating. I appreciate the three year not charge maintenance plan that was included with my 2010 Passat VW wagon. more

I was happy from the start to the finish of my first experience at Chapman VW. I was able to schedule my service appt. when I wanted, was shuttled to the Mall to shop while service was performed, and was given a detailed description of the service done. I will use this dealership again. more
