This shoe repair shop is owned by Joe, who is a nice Italian man, but while he did a good job with my shoes, I found his prices a bit high. Also, he was quite disorganized, although he always seemed to find my shoes somehow. Overall, I stopped going to him because of the prices. I thought his workmanship for heel replacement was fair to good.
