I called Joe's to try to get an estimate. He was incredibly rude to me, spoke to me as though I was an idiot, and hung up on me. I'll never go there. Cons: Rude.

This shoe repair shop is owned by Joe, who is a nice Italian man, but while he did a good job with my shoes, I found his prices a bit high. Also, he was quite disorganized, although he always seemed to find my shoes somehow. Overall, I stopped going to him because of the prices and I thought his workmanship for heel replacement was fair. more
