We had a service contract with them and they needed to 'rewire' a new thermostat my husband installed. The first time we tried to turn on the airconditioning, it came out hot. It was nice that since we have a service contract we got put on the head of the list for service. But it turns out it was because they screwed up the 'rewiring' that we had the problem. I am really disappointed in their mess up and am not sure I trust them too much anymore.
