I hired Trademasters to upgrade my thermostat and clean my ducts. Now I can control my A/C from my phone and my daughter isn't suffering from allergies due to crappy indoor air quality. It really is the little things and I couldn't be happier with Trademasters work. Inexpensive too! more

Great service! 7/3/2012

I've used Trademasters for the past few years. They've always been professional, courteous, and honest. While they may be a bit more expensive than some of their competitors, they make up for it in the quality of their work. They also don't pressure you into sales when you don't need it. Good company overall. more

great service for many years 7/5/2011

I have used Trademasters for many years for heating/cooling and plumbing and quite a few of my neighbors use them as well. The technicians are all very professional and trustworthy. They take the time to explain everything so you can understand what you are paying for. Office staff is very nice. They were very helpful when and older family member had no heat on a weekend, and fixed it as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend them. more

horrible company 12/17/2010

if i could give them no star i would. ill keep it short. 12 service calls for multiple issues in winter and summer. finally got a new outside unit. a part went bad on the inside unit a few weeks after the service contract expired. the part itself is under warranty so that is free, but they tried to charge me $800 for 2 hours worth of work to replace it. sick. the original problem with the outside unit was due to a botched installation apparently according to one of their technicians. more

Heating and Air Conditioning Service - Just okay 4/16/2006

We had a service contract with them and they needed to 'rewire' a new thermostat my husband installed. The first time we tried to turn on the airconditioning, it came out hot. It was nice that since we have a service contract we got put on the head of the list for service. But it turns out it was because they screwed up the 'rewiring' that we had the problem. I am really disappointed in their mess up and am not sure I trust them too much anymore. more
