We were looking for the most important ring....my engagement ring. I do not feel like the sales people shared my excitment or my concern for the perfect ring. My fiance had been in and had actually put down a deposit on a diamond there....then he brought me back to look at settings. I loved some of their settings, but I was not happy at all with their sales people. Here we were making a very special decision and they could not have cared less. He returned the diamond and we got much better service and quality elsewhere.
