It's a girls dream come true...well...I guess it's not really unless you can buy whatever you want in the store. The sales associates are pretty amazing. So polite and eager to help. I'm guessing the commission is the reason. If you're shopping for a diamond, it's not the cheapest place to go but very reasonable. more

Do NOT think of going anywhere else!!! 5/2/2007

I am happy to say the service, support, and happiness for the engagement my wife and I have gone thru was perfect. We got the most beautiful diamond with the exact setting we wanted and the ring is AWESOME! My wife cannot walk in a room without someone stopping her and saying WOW! Glad we bought a diamond elsewhere 3/28/2006

We were looking for the most important ring....my engagement ring. I do not feel like the sales people shared my excitment or my concern for the perfect ring. My fiance had been in and had actually put down a deposit on a diamond there....then he brought me back to look at settings. I loved some of their settings, but I was not happy at all with their sales people. Here we were making a very special decision and they could not have cared less. He returned the diamond and we got much better service and quality elsewhere. more
