It was worth the wait. Zola finally offers world class cuisine in the middle of rural PA. Ecletic food and contemporary atmosphere make Zola a dining event. While the food is memorable, so is sitting by the window in a little black dress watching the undergrads walk by in their old navy duds as you eat course by course and forget that you are a graduate student of limited means!
Zola also has a really cool bar area. A great place to sip a martini and lounge on their comfy leather couches. The lighting is low, so that professor that thinks you are at home working on your dissertation will probably not spot you from the dining area. Relax.
